Our network integration and infrastructure services are within the largest network in the world XO communications and have conductivity to Con-Edison Electric Fibre with Verio also as a peering point with Verizon integrated as well. When we combine broadband networking capabilities required for high-speed connectivity with our architectural knowledge to optimize the availability and responsiveness of the network application environments. We design networks to improve user response times and to anticipate performance issues and future capacity requirements. We also facilitate the transition from voice to Internet-protocol-based data packet transmission. Technical Customer Service/Call Center
MU21C.COM services include help desk management, systems management and migration, network management and messaging services. We offer Global IT Services clients with high quality, 24 hour, seven day a week support services by leveraging our expertise in managing IT infrastructures. 
We focus our customer service/call center operation on technical troubleshooting on a b2b and b2c basis. Our call center provides assistance either directly or interacts with an institution help desk and provides troubleshooting capability. We also directly interact with the customer and respond to their immediate concerns
